Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty sustained a injury on the set of his upcoming web series Hunter, currently being filmed in Mumbai. Known for his commitment to performing stunts on his own, Shetty was reportedly in the midst of an intense fight sequence involving four to five other action performers when an accident happened, causing concern among the cast and crew.

According to Times of India, the mishap happened when a mistimed move during the scene led to a wooden log, used as a prop, hitting Shetty in the rib area. 

He was examined on set by a doctor, but the extent of the injury remains unclear.

Suniel Shetty is also set to reunite with his Hera Pheri co-stars Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal in the upcoming film Welcome to the Jungle.
