Tom Holland's return as Spider-Man is already proving to be a major draw in India. Even before its theatrical release, ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ has generated record-breaking interest, with advance bookings witnessing a strong response across the country.

After premium formats such as PLF and 4DX recorded heavy demand, advance bookings have now opened across cinemas nationwide. The response has been among the strongest seen for a Hollywood release in India, with fans rushing to secure tickets weeks ahead of release.

The film has also posted impressive early box office numbers. Trade reports estimate that nearly 80,000 opening-day tickets were sold across PVR INOX and Cinepolis shortly after bookings began. Around 70,000 of those tickets were sold through PVR INOX, while Cinepolis accounted for the remaining sales, taking the film's advance collection to an estimated ₹5 crore.

The achievement is notable because bookings initially opened only for select premium formats, including 4DX, PXL and ScreenX, which are available in limited locations. Despite the absence of IMAX screenings, currently occupied by Christopher Nolan's ‘The Odyssey’ under an exclusive release window, the Marvel film has continued to attract strong demand.
