Popular Tamil actors Karthi and Ravi Mohan made a spiritual stop at the renowned Chottanikkara Bhagavathy Temple during their pilgrimage to Sabarimala. The actors visited the temple en route to the hill shrine, drawing attention from devotees and fans alike.
Ravi Mohan, reflecting on the visit, shared his joy at returning to the temple after a decade. “I make it a point to visit Sabarimala every year. I’m truly happy that I was able to come again this year. The last time I visited Chottanikkara was nearly ten years ago—this is the first time I’ve returned since then,” he said.
He noted that he usually makes his pilgrimage during the Makaravilakku season, but was unable to do so this time. “I’ve visited once or twice during Vishu as well,” he added.
Karthi, on the other hand, revealed that this was his first-ever pilgrimage to Sabarimala. “I’m really glad to be making this journey with Ravi. It has been a memorable and meaningful experience,” he said.
The actors also briefly spoke about their upcoming projects, though their focus remained on the spiritual significance of the trip. Their visit added a touch of celebrity sparkle to the temple town, while highlighting their personal devotion and connection to Kerala’s spiritual traditions.
