The film "Guruvayoorambala Nadayil," directed by Vipin Das and starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Basil Joseph, has been a success in theatres. Amidst its successful run, a pirated copy of the movie began circulating on social media. Following this, the Kerala Cyber Police have initiated a probe and registered a case.
Actor Prithviraj, who is also one of the producers, informed the public about this issue. He urged people to support the hard work and creativity that went into making the movie by standing against piracy. "Say no to piracy!" was his message on social media.
Prithviraj shared that the team is aware of the pirated copies being shared on social media and that the Kerala Cyber Police have started an investigation. He emphasized that strong actions are being taken against those who possess or share pirated copies, and he thanked everyone for their support in protecting the hard work and creativity involved in the movie's production.
"Guruvayoorambala Nadayil" had arrived with great pre-release hype, thanks to its star cast and the director's previous successful film. The movie received positive reviews on its opening day and has been soaring at the box office, joining the 50 crore club within just five days of its release.
