Celebrity couple Nayanthara and Vignesh have welcomed their twin babies through surrogacy. On Sunday, Vignesh took to his social media pages to share the happy news on the arrival of their sons. He also shared adorable photos which featured the legs of the babies.
The director, known for Tamil movies "Thaanaa Serndha Koottam", "Naanum Rowdydhaan" and "Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal", said they have named the newborns Uyir and Ulagam.
“Nayan & Me have become Amma & Appa .We are blessed withTwin Baby Boys. All Our prayers,our ancestors’ blessings combined wit all the good manifestations made, have come 2gethr in the form Of 2 blessed babies for us.Need all ur blessings for our Uyir & Ulagam.Life looks brighter & more beautiful. God is double great,” wrote Vignesh.
Earlier, it was reported that the couple is expecting a baby through surrogacy.
Nayanthara and filmmaker Vignesh Shivan married in Chennai on June 9. It was an intimate wedding with only their close friends and select guests, including Shah Rukh Khan, AR Rahman, Suriya and Rajinikanth, in attendance.
On the work front, Nayanthara is set to make her Hindi film debut with Atlee's "Jawan", fronted by Shah Rukh Khan.
