Actor-turned-politician Suresh Gopi asserted that nobody evaluates his movies on the basis of his political stances. The actor made the remark at a promotion event of his upcoming film ‘Garudan’ in Dubai the other day.
Speaking at the event, Suresh Gopi said that his new film was likely to bring about changes even in the judicial system of the country. He added that nobody is a culprit until the court says so.
“Be it the case of Bineesh Kodiyeri, Dileep or Swapna Suresh, the court should term them guilty. Isn’t that the law of the land?,” the actor asked.
The press conference was attended by actors including Siddique, Abhirami, Divya Pillai and director Arun Varma among others.
‘Garudan’, which marks the reunion of Suresh Gopi and Biju Menon after 13 years, will hit the screens on November 3 this year.
