A chance appearance at a Mumbai cafe has put Mrunal Thakur and Indian cricketer Yashasvi Jaiswal at the centre of fresh dating rumours. Videos of the two at the same venue have been widely shared online, leading to speculation across social media about whether there is more than a friendship between them.

The conversation began after a clip from Boojee Cafe in Bandra West surfaced on the internet. In the video, 33-year-old Mrunal Thakur and 24-year-old Yashasvi Jaiswal are seen at the cafe. While Jaiswal is seen walking out of the venue, Mrunal remains inside, and there is no interaction between the two captured in the viral footage.

Despite the limited visuals, the video quickly caught the attention of social media users, with many wondering if the actor and the cricketer were spending time together.

However, not everyone was convinced by the rumours.

Several users pointed out that the clip only establishes that both were present at the same cafe and does not indicate they were on a date. Others suggested the meeting could have been related to a commercial or advertising project rather than their personal lives.

"Mrunal was with her friends, its just coincidence that he was also present there. If two people meet ,that doesn't means they are dating,” wrote a user.

Some online discussions also focused on the 11-year age gap between the two.

A user wrote “Yashaswi uske saamne bachcha hai yaar kuch bhi.”

So far, neither Mrunal nor Yashasvi has addressed the speculation or commented on the viral video.

This is not the first time Mrunal has found herself at the centre of relationship rumours. Earlier this year, reports linking her with actor Dhanush, along with claims that the two were planning to marry, circulated widely online. Those reports were later dismissed by both actors and people close to them, who described the claims as baseless.

On the professional front, Mrunal was last seen in ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’.

Meanwhile, Yashasvi Jaiswal continues to be regarded as one of India's most promising young cricketers. The left-handed batter was last seen in the India-Afghanistan ODI series. Following a brief break, he is expected to return for India's upcoming Test series against Sri Lanka.
