The Malayalam film Thudarum, directed by Tharun Moorthy and starring Mohanlal in the lead role, is making an impressive mark at the global box office. In just three days, the film has grossed ₹69 crore worldwide, according to an official statement released by its producers Rejaputhra Visual Media and distributors Aashirvad Cinemas via a post on X.

The film collected ₹20 crore from Kerala alone within the opening weekend, including a strong ₹8 crore on Sunday. Monday's numbers also surpassed ₹6 crore, showing continued momentum. International markets contributed a significant ₹41 crore, while the rest of India accounted for an additional ₹7 crore.

Thudarum marks the 360th film in Mohanlal's illustrious career. The movie also features acclaimed actress Shobana in the female lead — a reunion that has generated widespread excitement, as the duo appears together on screen after a long hiatus.

The film is produced by M. Renjith under the banner of Rejaputhra Visual Media. The supporting cast includes Binu Pappu, Farhaan Faasil, and Maniyanpilla Raju. The story is penned by K.R. Sunil, with the screenplay co-written by director Tharun Moorthy and Sunil.

With strong word of mouth and a nostalgic lead pairing, Thudarum is quickly establishing itself as one of the major box office successes of the year.
