Kozhikode: Actor Mohanlal, recipient of India’s highest film honour, the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, has elevated the pride of Malayalis to great heights, said Mathrubhumi Managing Director M V Shreyams Kumar.

He has received numerous national and state awards, and it is this comprehensive contribution to cinema that has led to him being honoured with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award.
