Although the actor did not disclose the location, several followers speculated in the comments section that the video was filmed in the United States.

Interest in the third instalment of the hugely successful franchise has intensified following the release of its teaser. The preview revisits key moments from the first two films, with the opening narration shifting perspectives between protagonist Georgekutty, played by Mohanlal, and the police officers pursuing him.
The teaser also hints at a more vulnerable side to Georgekutty, who appears fearful and uncertain despite having outsmarted investigators in the earlier films. His emotional monologue suggests that the consequences of his past actions may finally be catching up with him.
Drishyam 3 was initially scheduled for release on 2 April but was postponed due to tensions in the Gulf region. The film is now expected to arrive in cinemas on 21 May.
