Twenty-five days after its theatrical release, 'Aadujeevitham', directed by Blessy, continues to shine at the box office, surpassing Rs 150 crore in earnings. 

The film's leading actor and distributor, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Blessy, and other distinguished guests gathered in Kochi to commemorate the film's twenty-fifth day. 

At the event, prominent journalists and members of the film crew deliberated on the success of 'Aadujeevitham' and the future prospects of Malayalam cinema.

Moderating the discussion was Santhosh George Kulangara, with notable journalists such as Sreekandan Nair, Abhilash, Pramod Raman, Rashid, Jvin Tootu, and others joining the conversation. 

Emphasising the significance of the film, Kulangara highlighted the opportunity it presents for Kerala to showcase the Malayalam language and culture on a global stage.

Sreekandan Nair remarked on the expanding reach of Malayalam cinema, especially in the post-COVID era, expressing confidence in 'Aadujeevitham' finding resonance worldwide. Pramod Raman suggested that the film's portrayal of human resilience transcends language barriers, making it universally relatable. Rashid of Malayalam Manorama underscored the need for internal support within the Malayalam film industry to elevate 'Aadujeevitham'.

Responding to Kulangara's query about taking the film to an international stage, Prithviraj stressed the importance of sustained discussion, noting that 'Aadujeevitham' got the acceptance that only a few films get, but this acceptance does not end here. He said that the future of Malayalam cinema is to get its own identity. For this movie to be noticed and discussed globally, it should be discussed more in India first, he added.
