After six weeks of betrayals, emotional breakdowns and intense challenges, Shreya Kalra has emerged as the winner of Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa Season 2. The content creator and social media influencer lifted the winner's trophy in the grand finale and took home the ₹1 crore cash prize, beating television actress Shivangi Joshi, who finished as the first runner-up. Yogesh Rawat secured the third spot.

Streaming on Netflix, the second season premiered on June 27 and ran for six weeks under the watch of jailers Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh. Unlike the first season, this edition focused on the theme "Sach Ya Sazaa", with contestants facing accusations from the outside world while battling it out inside the prison-themed reality show.

Shreya entered the show as a digital creator but quickly became one of its most talked-about contestants. Throughout the season, she found herself at the centre of several arguments, strategic moves and emotional moments. While her gameplay divided opinion, it also made her one of the strongest contenders heading into the finale. She had earlier said that constantly being cornered by fellow contestants only pushed her to fight harder and helped shape her journey in the competition.

The grand finale came down to five contestants: Shreya Kalra, Shivangi Joshi, Yogesh Rawat, Ram Kapoor and Shilpa Shinde. The first elimination was decided through a puzzle challenge, where Ram Kapoor failed to complete the task correctly and exited the race.

The remaining four contestants then faced another twist. Yogesh Rawat was asked to persuade the others to choose the box labelled "Terminated". Shilpa Shinde picked the wrong box, ending her journey just short of the top three.

With only Shreya, Shivangi and Yogesh left in contention, the finalists faced tough questions from members of the media and a jury comprising actors and industry personalities.

During the session, Awez Darbar questioned Shreya over allegations that she had influenced her former partner to make claims about him while he was inside the Bigg Boss 19 house, affecting his public image.

Shivangi, meanwhile, was asked about her equation with fellow contestant Harshad Chopda and allegations that he gave up his place in the finale to help her become the first finalist. Yogesh also came under scrutiny for what many described as his arrogance and attitude throughout the competition.

Following the jury's voting round, Yogesh was eliminated from the title race, leaving Shreya and Shivangi as the final two contestants. The ultimate decision then rested with the former contestants, the jury and jailers Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh. Shreya received the highest number of votes and was declared the winner of the season.

Shreya, known primarily for her digital content before entering the show, managed to turn six weeks of controversies, confrontations and resilience into a winning campaign, ending Lock Upp 2 with both the trophy and the biggest prize of the season.
