Jayasurya unveiled the teaser of 'Cup,' a forthcoming movie by Allwin Antony and Angelena Mary, on social media. Presented by Alphonse Puthran through the banner of Ananya Films, the movie features Mathew Thomas in the lead role and is directed by Sanju V. Samuel.

The storyline revolves around badminton and is crafted by the director himself. Described as a feel-good movie, 'Cup' is penned by Akhilesh Latharaj and Denson Durom. Music by Shaan Rahman, the film has four songs composed by Manu Manjith and one song by RZee.

Set in Vellathooval village, 'Cup' follows the journey of sixteen-year-old Nidhin, portrayed by Mathew Thomas, who dreams of achieving success in badminton. Guru Somasundaram stars as his father Babu, with Thushara Pillai as the mother and Mrinalini Susan George as the sister. Basil Joseph appears in a significant role, alongside Namitha Pramod and Karthik Vishnu. Anikha Surendran and newcomer Riya Shibu play the heroines.

The movie also features Anand Roshan, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Nandini Gopalakrishnan, I V Junais, Althaf Manaf, Mridul Pachu, Renjith Rajan, Chembil Ashokan, Allwin John Antony, Nandu Poduval, and Anandritha Manu in prominent roles.
