
Actor Jayaram and Parvathy are on cloud nine as the happiest moments of their lives have unfolded in the past seven months. With both their children now married, they feel their family is complete. Their daughter Malavika got married last May, and now their son Kalidas has started a new journey with his wife, Tarini.
Kalidas and Tarini’s wedding on Sunday was emotional and heartwarming. After Kalidas tied the nuptial chain, Tarini’s eyes filled with tears. Even though she said she was fine, her emotions took over. In a sweet moment, Kalidas was seen wiping her tears, making everyone’s hearts melt.
Jayaram also couldn’t hold back his feelings. After the ceremony, he hugged his daughter Malavika and son-in-law Navneeth at the hotel. He later shared his happiness, saying, “Now our family has grown. I have a new son and daughter in the family.”
A new beginning
Kalidas shared his excitement about this new phase in his life.
“From now on, It's a new beginning with Tarini, whom we call ‘Little.’ Thank you to everyone who came and blessed us,” he said with a big smile, hugging Tarini.
Parvathy also shared her joy, saying, “This year, we had a lot of functions and events. All of it has brought a lot happiness in our life. Now, I am a double mother-in-law,” she joked with a laugh.
Family celebration plans
Malavika revealed the family’s next big plan—a foreign trip to celebrate Christmas and New Year together.
“I am really excited for this holiday with the family,” she said cheerfully.
The wedding took place at the Guruvayur Temple early in the morning between 7:15 and 8:00 am. A wedding reception is planned in Chennai on Wednesday for close friends and family.
Before the big day, Jayaram hosted a pre-wedding celebration in Chennai last Friday.
Kalidas and Tarini got engaged in Chennai in November 2023.
