A doctor has shared a note about Mohanlal's performance in 'Hridayapoorvam'. In the note shared on Facebook, Dr Biju G Nair says that Mohanlal perfectly portrayed the mannerisms of a person with back pain in the film. He was reminded of the many such people he has seen in his 32 years of medical career. Biju Nair also wrote that it even made him wonder if Mohanlal really had back pain.

Biju Nair's note begins with a preface stating that this is not a film review. "I am a viewer who doesn't have the stature to do a film review. I was very surprised by how perfectly Lalettan portrayed the mannerisms of a person with back pain in this. In my last 32 years of medical experience, I was reminded of the many such people I have seen. It even made me wonder if he really has the problem," Biju Nair wrote.

"There is a scene where he comes down a flight of stairs. I will never forget it. I am not specifically saying how good the film is. But I must say that every time I watch Lalettan, he stuns me as a marvel of acting," he added.
