Kozhi: Actor Janardhanan recalled his collaboration with late director Siddique, which began with the movie ‘Godfather’. Reflecting on their partnership, Janardhanan mentioned that Siddique engaged him in open shots in all the films he directed, and those films enjoyed tremendous success.

However, Janardhanan noted that Siddique's final film didn't achieve the intended outcome, which deeply saddened him. Janardhanan believed it was unfortunate timing.

If Siddique directed a film, I always had a beautiful role in it, he recalled.

Janardhanan revealed Siddique’s plans for involving Mammootty in his next project, and said the death was unbearable. 

He likened the death of Siddique to losing the right hand of himself. Siddique was significantly younger. He abstained from alcohol, cigarettes, and maintained mindful eating habits, he said.
