Actor Mamitha Baiju has heaped praise on Kollywood superstar Vijay, describing him as a “super cool” and extremely grounded person. Mamitha, who is starring alongside Vijay in his upcoming and reportedly final film Jana Nayagan, shared her experience of working with the actor.

Speaking to the media, Mamitha said, “He is a very disciplined and incredibly cool person. No matter what happens on set, he handles everything with absolute calmness.”

She also highlighted Vijay’s attentive nature, saying, “He’s a great listener. Sometimes I’ll just be saying something silly, and he’ll be standing there, quietly listening and nodding along. Only later do I realise — oh no, I probably shouldn’t have said that! But he listens kindly, and he’s just such a cool person.”

Jana Nayagan, directed by H. Vinoth, is expected to be Vijay’s final film before retirement, as confirmed by the actor himself. The film is slated for release during Pongal next year and features Mamitha in a significant role.

The film is produced by Venkat K. Narayana under the banner of KVN Productions, with Jagadish Palanisamy and Lohith as co-producers. Music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The production house announced via social media that a major update related to the film will be unveiled on Sunday to coincide with Vijay’s birthday.
