Kochi: Film Exhibitors United Organisation of Kerala (FEUOK) has made its foray into the film distribution business. Their inaugural venture involves the release of 'Pavi Caretaker,' featuring actor Dileep, who serves as the chairman of the organization. Scheduled for theatrical release on April 26, the film, produced by Maniyan Pillai Raju, is also being distributed by FEUOK.

The films will be given not only in theatres under FEUOK but also in theatres of the Exhibitors Federation and Kerala State Film Development Corporation Ltd (KSFDC0. Foreign language films will also be distributed by FEUOK.

FEUOK recently encountered some disagreements with both the Distributors Association and the Producers Association. FEUOK officials have said that these disputes are not the reason behind their venture into the film distribution business.
