Mumbai: Dhurandhar 2, Aditya Dhar’s high-octane spy thriller starring Ranveer Singh, continues its unstoppable run at the box office. On its 17th day, the film collected a whopping ₹25.65 crore, proving that audiences are still flocking to theatres in huge numbers.
The movie's consistent momentum is pushing the film closer to the ₹1,000 crore net collection milestone in India.
After a slight dip during the weekdays, Dhurandhar 2 saw a major surge over the third weekend. According to Sacnilk, the film earned ₹25.65 crore on its third Saturday, bringing its total India gross to ₹1,179.30 crore and India net to ₹985.02 crore so far.
The film had previously ended its first week with a staggering ₹674.17 crore and collected ₹263.65 crore in the second week, cementing its blockbuster status.
Dhurandhar 2 vs other blockbusters
With these collections, Dhurandhar 2 has surpassed the lifetime India collections of several major hits, including:
RRR – ₹782.20 crore
Kalki 2898 AD – ₹646 crore
KGF: Chapter 2 – ₹859.70 crore
Jawan, Pathaan, Stree 2, and Animal – multiple blockbusters
It is now on track to challenge Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (₹1,030.42 crore) and Pushpa 2: The Rise (₹1,234.10 crore) in the near future.

Dhurandhar 2 dives into the origin story of Ranveer Singh’s character, Jaskirat Singh Rangi, and explains his transformation into the iconic spy Hamza Ali Mazari. The film follows Hamza as he infiltrates the underworld of Lyari, rises through the ranks, and tackles a terror network threatening India.
The spy thriller sequel features a stellar cast including: Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Rakesh Bedi, Sara Arjun, Danish Pandor and Udaybir Sandhu in key roles
The first installment of the franchise had created a global stir, collecting over ₹1,300 crore worldwide.
