Although it shares its title with the 2012 hit 'Cocktail', the new film tells an entirely different story rather than continuing the earlier narrative.

The story follows Kunal and Diya, who head to Sicily in an attempt to distance themselves from growing pressure over marriage. Hoping to test Kunal's commitment, Diya persuades her close friend Ally to flirt with him. What begins as a harmless plan soon spirals into emotional turmoil when Ally unexpectedly develops genuine feelings for Kunal, leaving the three caught in a complicated web of love, friendship and betrayal.

Blending romance with humour and emotional conflict, the film explores how trust and relationships can unravel in unexpected ways.
