Thiruvananthapuram: Malayalam actor Azees Nedumangad has shared an emotional moment from his past, revisiting the shop in Bahrain where he worked as an expatriate nearly 18 years ago. The actor posted a video of the surprise visit on social media, offering fans a glimpse into his journey before entering the cinema.

According to the caption shared with the video, Azees returned to the shop where he was employed during his expatriate days and was reunited with a colleague who continues to work there. “After 18 years, I went to the shop where I worked in Bahrain. The friend I worked with is still there. I was very happy to see him,” the actor wrote.

In the video, Azees arrives at the shop disguised with a face mask, dark glasses and a cap, making him unrecognisable at first. The moment his former co-worker realises who he is, the two share a warm embrace, laughing and hugging in a visibly emotional reunion.
