The post featured a woman, presumably Amrutha, being wheeled into the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, accompanied by medical equipment that appeared to include a defibrillator. In a strongly worded caption, Abhirami expressed her anger and frustration, stating, "Stop hurting my sister in any ways! I HATE YOU I HATE YOU I HATE YOU LET HER LIVE, HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY NOW (sic)." The post was later removed.

This alarming update comes amid ongoing turmoil surrounding Amrutha Suresh's ex-husband, actor Bala. Recently, Amrutha has spoken out about the domestic abuse she endured during her marriage, following the viral video of their daughter Avantika. In the video, Avantika detailed the "mental and physical torture" her mother faced at the hands of her father, Bala, which led to a wave of negative comments directed at the child. In response, Bala released an emotional video.
