Kochi: A Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Kerala Police conducted a search at the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) office in Kochi as part of the ongoing investigation into a sexual harassment complaint against actors Edavela Babu and Mukesh. 

The team arrived at the AMMA office to gather evidence related to the membership and election of office bearers within the organisation. The primary focus of the inspection was to obtain documents that could confirm the roles of Edavela Babu and Mukesh as office bearers of AMMA. This is the second time that the investigation team has reached AMMA's office. 

The complaint, filed by an actress from Aluva, accuses Edavela Babu of inappropriate behaviour under the pretext of offering her membership in AMMA. A formal complaint regarding this matter has been lodged at the Ernakulam North Police Station, and the case falls under non-bailable sections. The ongoing examination aims to collect evidence supporting the actress's allegations.
