Mumbai: Actor Allu Arjun has been chosen as the Most Versatile Actor of the Year at the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2025.

The festival’s official social media handle announced the honour, stating: "Congratulations to Allu Arjun for this prestigious recognition, celebrating his exceptional range and cinematic impact!"

Regarded as one of India’s most prestigious film festivals, the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival celebrates excellence in cinema, art, culture, tourism and heritage. This year’s grand ceremony took place on October 30, 2025, at the NSCI Dome, SVP Stadium in Mumbai.

Expressing his gratitude on Instagram, Allu Arjun said, "Thanks to the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Awards for this incredible honour. Truly humbled. My warm congratulations to all the winners across categories this year. A sincere thank you to my audience for your continued love and support...I humbly dedicate this award to my fans."

This win follows Allu Arjun’s Best Actor victory at the 2025 South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) for his performance in Sukumar’s blockbuster ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’. He also secured the Best Actor award at the Gaddar Telangana Film Awards for the same film.

Directed by Sukumar, ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ released in 2024 and became a massive hit at the box office. The film stars Allu Arjun alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Sunil and Rao Ramesh, continuing the saga from the 2021 blockbuster ‘Pushpa: The Rise’.

Allu Arjun’s upcoming project is an untitled sci-fi action film directed by Atlee, currently referred to as Project AA22 x A6, which will also feature Deepika Padukone.
