Mumbai: The latest ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode of Bigg Boss 18, hosted by Salman Khan, turned explosive as revelations about contestant Alice Kaushik’s personal life took center stage. Salman shocked Alice by revealing that her actor-boyfriend, Kanwar Dhillon, has publicly denied proposing to her, contradicting claims she made in the house.
In a recent conversation with fellow contestant Karan Veer Mehra, Alice had shared that Kanwar had asked her to marry him, describing their relationship as serious and committed. Salman, however, informed Alice that Kanwar refuted the proposal claims, stating in an interview, “I haven’t proposed to anyone. Everyone knows that I’m not interested in marriage.” The news left Alice visibly emotional, and she broke down as Salman delivered the unexpected revelation.
Salman, known for his straightforward approach with contestants, gently reminded Alice to be cautious about her statements, particularly with the scrutiny of cameras in the Bigg Boss house. This advice resonated deeply with Alice, who later discussed her feelings with other housemates, including Sara Khan, Avinash Mishra, and Vivian Dsena. They advised her to clarify things with Kanwar after the show.
Meanwhile, in an interview, Kanwar said that he never proposed to Alice for marriage. He asserted that she's a nice girl but in no sense has he asked her for marriage. He also added that if his family would have heard about it they would have a heart attack. This revelation added more layers to the unfolding drama within the house, leaving fans speculating about the future of Alice and Kanwar’s relationship.
Meanwhile, Bigg Boss 18 has introduced fresh twists, including wildcard entries by Digvijay Singh Rathee and Kashish Kapoor.
