Actor Ajith Kumar, who is set to participate in the prestigious Dubai 24 Hour Race 2025, was involved in a car crash during a practice session on Tuesday. The incident, which happened at the Dubai Aerodrome, raised concerns among his fans, but according to his team manager, Suresh Chandra, the actor is unharmed and has resumed training today.

Ajith, who owns the Ajith Kumar Racing team, was participating in a four-hour training session along with his team for the upcoming endurance race, scheduled for January 11. During the final stage of training, the actor's car, travelling at a speed of 180 km/h, hit the side barriers due to a limited field of vision around a sharp bend. The crash caused the car to spin several times and it also damaged the front of the car. Actor Ajith was not injured and immediately got out of the vehicle on his own.

"Ajith was not hurt. He himself got up from the car," said Suresh. "The ambulance immediately reached the spot, and he underwent a full examination at the hospital. There is no need to worry. He will be back on the track tomorrow."

The actor, who is passionate about car racing, will be racing in the 24H Dubai event alongside teammates Mathieu Detry, Fabian Dufeux, and Cameron McLeod. This event marks a milestone for the Ajith Kumar Racing team, as it will be their competitive debut. Ajith's firm has also partnered with Bas Koeten Racing for technical and logistical support during the race.

Ajith had arrived in Dubai after celebrating the New Year and his daughter Anoushka's birthday in Singapore. He is scheduled to participate in the 24H Dubai 2025 race, which spans from January 10 to 12, and is one of the most important events in the world of endurance racing.
