Angamaly: Police have registered a case against actor Baburaj for sexually assaulting a woman. 

The complaint was lodged online with the Angamaly Police.

The actress has accused Baburaj of sexually assaulting her at his resort in Angamaly and subsequently in Ernakulam, under the guise of offering her a role in a film.

The actress said that she could escape only a day after facing harassment from him. She also claimed that other actresses she knows had similar encounters with Baburaj.
