Actor Dileep Shankar's sudden passing has left the Malayalam film and television industry in shock, with actress Seema G. Nair expressing her heartfelt condolences on Sunday.
In a post shared in Facebook, Seema wrote, "Tributes... You called me just five days ago... I couldn’t speak because I had a terrible headache. Now, I heard the news from a journalist... What happened to you, Dileep? Nothing seems right... Oh God, I don’t know what to write... Tributes."
Dileep Shankar, known for his roles in numerous television serials and films like Chappa Kurishu, North 24 Kaatham, and many more, was found dead in a private hotel in Thiruvananthapuram. Police confirmed that the body had been in the room for more than two days before it was discovered.
The actor had checked into the hotel four days earlier, and it was reported that he hadn't left the room since then. It was only when a foul smell started emanating from the room that the hotel staff opened the door and found the body.
