Kochi: Actress Minu Muneer was arrested on Monday by the Cyber Police in Kakkanad following a complaint filed by veteran actor and filmmaker Balachandra Menon.

The arrest pertains to allegations that the actress defamed Menon through posts shared on social media.

Minu was taken into custody and later released on bail, which was granted on the surety of two individuals.
