Actor Bala has responded strongly to the ongoing cyber attack against his wife Kokila following the circulation of a video that falsely claimed Kokila is not his uncle's daughter, but the daughter of a maid. The video has sparked widespread outrage, and Bala has made it clear that he knows who is behind this and will take strict action if the harassment continues.
Speaking out about the hurtful video, Bala said, “Kokila is terribly upset. A message is posted, and it goes viral. How could you call another person’s wife a maid? Is this your culture? How do you find the courage to do something like this,” he asked.
“Whoever said this, what should I talk about your wife? Kokila is my uncle’s daughter. My wife’s eyes were filled with tears today. Is there a law in this country that allows you to call someone else’s wife a maid? There are a lot of topics to discuss. You could talk about cinema, about personalities, about acting, or the next release. But no, you make up stories like this just because you don’t like how happily we live,” Bala added.
He shared that Kokila’s father is a well-known figure in politics. He also stated that her father had asked them not to file a police complaint, stating that they would handle the matter themselves.
"The person who spread this fake news should apologise. It’s not me who started anything. Don’t you have any manners? Don’t interfere in someone’s family," the actor said.
