Football legend Ronaldinho has stepped into the music world with a global album but it's the unexpected inclusion of one Korean rapper that's turning heads. Here's why Penomeco's latest international collaboration is making headlines.

South Korean rapper Penomeco has become the only K-pop artist featured on Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho's newly released project album, which dropped online on July 4.
According to Penomeco's agency, Ego Group, the album celebrates both the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the launch of Ronaldinho's music label, Tu Musica, earlier this year.
The project brings together 44 artists from 18 regions, showcasing an international lineup that includes Jamaican dancehall star Sean Paul, American singer Justin Quiles, and British DJ-producer Jonas Blue. Among them, Penomeco stands out as the sole representative from the K-pop industry.
Speaking about the release, Ronaldinho said in a statement, "This album brings together a team of global stars, and for me it is a dream come true, because music has always been part of my life."
The collaboration adds to Penomeco's recent musical activities. The rapper released his single My Chick in June 2026 and also contributed as a songwriter to BoyNextDoor's first full-length album, released in May 2026.
With this project, Penomeco expands his global presence by joining an international roster of artists on one of football's biggest icons' latest musical venture.
