Four years after his death, Sidhu Moose Wala is set to appear on stage once again, this time through hologram technology. His first hologram concert, part of the ‘Signed To God World Tour’, will take place at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena on October 8, 2026.
The tour will use 3D holographic projections of the singer, synced with his original vocals. According to the official tour website, the production will combine the hologram with cinematic visuals and stage effects to create the experience of seeing Moose Wala perform again.

Toronto show will also unveil ‘295’ music video

The Toronto concert is expected to be particularly significant for fans as it will also feature the unveiling of the much-awaited music video for ‘295’, one of Moose Wala’s most recognised tracks.

The October 8 event has been officially listed at Scotiabank Arena, with the show scheduled for 8 pm local time.

The hologram tour had been announced in 2025 as a tribute to Moose Wala and his musical legacy. The project is now moving ahead with Toronto as its first confirmed stop. Reports have also said that the initial phase will include shows in cities such as London and Los Angeles, although the tour’s official website says further international dates are still to be announced.

How will the hologram concert work?

This will not be a traditional concert with a lookalike or a performer standing in for Moose Wala. Instead, his appearance will be created using holographic technology, with his original voice forming part of the performance.

The official tour website describes the show as a combination of 3D holography, music, lighting and visual effects. The production is designed to give audiences the feeling that Moose Wala is physically present on stage, despite his death in 2022.

His father, Balkaur Singh, had earlier revealed that preparations for the hologram project were nearing completion and that around 10 shows were initially being planned.

Sidhu Moose Wala, whose real name was Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, was one of the biggest names in contemporary Punjabi music. His songs found a particularly strong audience among young listeners, while his music also travelled well beyond India, with a large following in countries including Canada, the UK, the US and Australia.

He was also involved in politics and contested the 2022 Punjab Assembly election from Mansa on a Congress ticket. On May 29, 2022, he was shot dead in his car in Jawaharke village in Mansa district. He was rushed to hospital but died from his injuries.

His death led to widespread demands for justice. His parents also campaigned for action in the case, while a music video released after his death prominently featured the message “Justice for Sidhu Moosewala”.

Moose Wala was known for writing and producing many of his own songs and had built a reputation as one of the most successful and commercially influential Punjabi artists of his generation.

His death did not bring his musical career to an end. Several of his songs have been released posthumously and have continued to attract millions of views, keeping his music in the public conversation.

Now, four years after his death, ‘Signed To God World Tour’ will offer fans an opportunity to experience his music in an arena setting once again, this time through holographic technology. The first confirmed show will take place at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena on October 8, 2026.
