Mumbai: After much anticipation, Coldplay fans in India are about to experience the bliss of the band’s iconic live performances. Chris Martin, the frontman of the British rock band, arrived in Mumbai ahead of their highly awaited "Music of the Spheres" tour.

On Thursday, Coldplay's official social media account shared a photo of Martin smiling and posing while holding his cap at Mumbai’s Marine Drive. The band’s post expressed their excitement, saying, "We are so happy and grateful to be here in India."

Chris Martin’s arrival in Mumbai was further buzzed when photos surfaced of him with actress Dakota Johnson at Kalina Airport in Mumbai. Their appearance together ended speculation about their relationship, quashing rumours of a breakup that had been circulating recently. Martin greeted the paparazzi with a friendly "namaste" gesture and posed for pictures, sporting a cool T-shirt paired with trousers and a blue beanie.

Coldplay is set to perform in Mumbai for three consecutive days at the DY Patil Sports Stadium, with shows scheduled for January 18, 19, and 21. Before Coldplay takes the stage, attendees will enjoy live performances from Shone, Elyanna, and Jasleen Royal, adding to the excitement.

The band’s India tour, organized by BookMyShow Live, will continue in Ahmedabad at the Narendra Modi Stadium on January 25 and 26. After their India performances, Coldplay will head to Hong Kong and South Korea in April to continue their global tour.

Fans are eagerly awaiting the chance to see Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman, Will Champion, and Phil Harvey live in action, making it a memorable event for Coldplay enthusiasts across India.
