Kareena Kapoor Khan has addressed the viral speculation around her alleged third pregnancy after social media users claimed to spot a baby bump in a video of the actress leaving a gym in Mumbai on August 21. The rumours spread online, prompting reactions from her family and team before Kareena herself appeared to respond with a humorous social media post and a comment to photographers during her latest appearance in Mumbai.

The actress, who is married to Saif Ali Khan and is already a mother to their two sons, Taimur and Jehangir, shared an amusing picture on her Instagram Stories amid the speculation. The image featured a man showing off a visibly bloated stomach, while “Chocolate Lime Juice” from Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! played in the background. Kareena added laughing and pizza emojis to the post.

The Instagram Story appeared to be her way of joining the conversation around the alleged baby bump, with the post suggesting a possible “food baby” reference.

Kareena was also spotted in Mumbai after the rumours began circulating. Dressed in a yellow shirt and black trousers, the actress was surrounded by photographers as she stepped out of a venue. Responding to the attention around the speculation, she was heard saying, “Pagal kar dete ho tumlog.”

Before Kareena addressed the matter herself, Saif Ali Khan’s sister Saba Pataudi had also reacted to the pregnancy claims on social media. She urged people not to draw conclusions from photographs and videos.

The speculation began after Kareena's gym video surfaced online on August 21, with some social media users interpreting her appearance as a possible pregnancy announcement. However, Saba’s post and Kareena’s subsequent reactions have addressed the claims.
