For all expatriates living with the dream of a house in their hometown, the Kerala Property expo is “hope”. The event will be inaugurated by the member of the royal family Shaikh Sultan Abdulla Salem Sultan Al Qassimi on Friday evening at 5.30 pm. The two-day mela is scheduled from 11am on Friday morning to 8pm on Saturday evening.

mathrubhumi.com is hosting the Kerala Property Expo at Sharjah for the third time.

The event is co-ordinated with the apex authority of builders CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India). There will be almost 60 stalls for the renowned builders from various districts of Kerala to present their 300 plus property plans to the prospective buyers. The expo will also have stalls for service apartments, shopping centres and interior decoration in addition to finished and under construction villas and flats.

As part of the mela, there would be stalls from the banking and finance departments as well. Through the established agencies from these disciplines, there is provision for the expatriates to better understand the structure of housing loans from the experts; and thereby move an inch closer to making their dream a “reality”.
