Let’s prepare a tasty and healthy cutlet out of oats.

Have you ever think about having a crispy and spicy dish made of oats. Let’s prepare a tasty and healthy oats cutlet.

Ingredients

  • Roasted oats - One cup
  • Boiled mashed potatoes - One cup
  • Mashed paneer - Half cup
  • Oil - As needed
  • Ginger, garlic paste - Half tablespoon
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Salt - As needed
  • Carrot (small) - 2
  • Garam masala - One teaspoon
  • Chili Powder - Quarter teaspoon
How to prepare?

Mix the boiled potato and grated carrot well. Take a big bowl and add the roasted oats, potato mix, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, salt, chilli powder and garam masala. Mix it well.

Take some of the batter and roll it in the shape of a cutlet. Heat some oil in a pan and then fry the patties. Tasty cutlets are ready to serve.
