Ingredients

  • Beef- ½ kg
  • sesame oil- 1 tbsp
  • soy sauce- 1/4 cup
  • freshly grated ginger- 1 teaspoon 
  • red pepper flakes- 1/4 teaspoon
  • garlic minced- 1 teaspoon 
  • honey-1/4 cup
  • Turmeric poder- 1 tsp
  • Green onions sliced
  • Sesame seeds
  • salt

Preparation

Slice the beef into small pieces and cook the beef with salt and turmeric powder. Now, in a bowl, add soy sauce, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, minced garlic and honey. Mix properly.

Now take a pan and add sesame oil over medium-high heat.

When the oil shimmers, add the sliced beef into it. Cook it for 1-2 minutes until it browns and after 2 minutes cook the other side.

Slowly, add the sauce to the pan on medium heat. Stir to mix and let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until it reduces in about half and it creates a sticky glaze.

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds after turning off the gas.
