The Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers, has issued a notification inviting applications for the engagement of Young Professionals on contract basis across eight divisions.

Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi- 110 001; has invited applications for engagement of Young Professionals (YPs) as individual consultants on contract basis, for deployment to its Divisions of Pharmaceutical Policy (2 YPs), International Cooperation (2), Coordination and Parliament (2), Medical Device (3) and Integrated Finance (1)
Common Eligibility: Applicant should hold a Graduate degree from a University as defined in the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or equivalent qualification.
Age should not exceed 32 years on the date of publication.
Remuneration: Fixed monthly remuneration is as follows: (a) Rs. 50,000/- In the first year of engagement (b) On satisfactory completion of each year of engagement as YP, annual increase over monthly remuneration in the preceding year will be (i) 5% for the second and third years; and (ii) 10% for subsequent years.

The hard copy of the filled application made in the said form should reach the Division Head and the Director in charge of the Establishment and Administration Division, Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi - 110 001, by Speed Post by 22.12.2025.
Hard copy of filled application in a sealed cover can be hand-delivered at the CR Section, Room no. 239, A Wing, Second floor, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi during office hours on a working day. It can also be sent by email to the email address SO-Establishment@pharma-dept.gov.in.
