National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued Advisory and Instructions on Updating of Aadhaar Card/ UDID Card for University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) December 2025 examination to be conducted in December 2025 and January 2026.

Online application form for UGC - NET December 2025 can be submitted at https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/ by November 7 2025.

To streamline the process for UGC - NET December 2025, all eligible aspirants may ensure that Aadhaar Card/ UDID are updated when applying for the UGC - NET December 2025, in order to avoid any inconvenience to the candidate as also to facilitate the registration process and the processing of their JRF.

Aadhaar Card should be updated with correct name, date of birth (as per Class 10th certificate), latest photograph, address and father's name.

UDID Card (for Persons with Disabilities) should be valid, updated and renewed as required.
