Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management, Sector 42-D, Chandigarh, sponsored by Govt. of India and Chandigarh Administration and affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management, Noida, has invited applications for admission to the various Trade Diploma Courses of one-and-a-half-year duration.
The Programs are (i) Food Production (70 Seats) (ii) Bakery & Confectionery (30) (iii) Front Office Operations (35) (iv) Food & Beverage Service (70) (v) House Keeping Operations (35)
Eligibility: The minimum qualification for admission is 10+2 with pass in English. Upper age limit as on 01.07.2022 will be 25 years for General & PH Candidates and 28 years for SC/ST applicants

Application: Application Forms can be downloaded from www.cihmct.com. Application registration fee of Rs.250/- has to be remitted by way of a Demand Draft.
Filled application along with self-attested copies of certificates and DD should reach the Institute through Speed Post / Regd. Post only latest by 29.07.2022.
Selection: Admission will be on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 examination. The merit list will be displayed www.cihmct.com on 04.08.2022 on the basis of 10+2 marks with the counselling schedule for the allotment of seats. Reservation will be as per rules. In case of selection, fee will have to be deposited on the spot, failing which seats will be given to the candidates next on the merit list. The second counselling to fill up the vacant seats, if any, will be held on 12.09.2022.
Limited Seats are available in the hostel for outstation boys & girls which will be allotted on the basis of rank in the merit list. Merit-cum-Means Scholarships are available. Details are available in the office.
