Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, has commenced the activities related to the Mop Up Counseling for admission to P.G (M.Sc) Nursing Course for the academic year 2025-26 in various Government and self- financing nursing colleges at www.cee.kerala.gov.in

The Mop-Up Counseling is conducted for filling the existing vacancies or probable vacancies that may arise in various nursing colleges due to the transfer of students who have already joined the course or due to the ongoing second phase admission process.

All Candidates who have figured in the Rank List/Category List published by the CEE and satisfy the eligibility criteria as per clause (XIX) in the M.Sc Nursing Prospectus-2025 can participate in the Mop Up Counseling by registering fresh options.

Those who have obtained admission in Kerala Government merit seats for a Nursing course in any of the Government Nursing Colleges through first or second phase of centralized allotment are not be eligible to participate in the Mop-Up Counseling for the same Specialty in other Government Nursing Colleges.

Those who have obtained admission in Government merit seats for a course in any of the Self Financing Nursing colleges are not be eligible to participate in the Mop-Up Counseling for the same subject in other Self Financing Nursing colleges.

However, a candidate who got admission in Government merit seat of a Self-Financing Nursing College will be permitted to take admission in the same/other subject in a Government Nursing College through Mop-Up Counseling.

Those candidates who have already been admitted in M.Sc Nursing Course through the first phase or second phase of allotment, will lose the existing admission, if they get an allotment through Mop Up Counseling.

Candidates can register options to all the courses to which he/she wishes to join, irrespective of vacancy existing in each Government/Self-financing colleges, as the newly vacant seats due to transfer of students who have already joined the course or non-joining of candidates who have already secured admission, or due to ongoing second phase admission process will also be filled in this Counseling.

Fresh option registration is mandatory for participating in the Online Mop up Counseling. The options submitted by the candidates for previous phases will be treated as void. Those candidates who do not register their options within the stipulated time will not be considered for the Counseling.

Candidates who wish to participate in the Mop up Counseling have to log on to their home Page at www.cee.kerala.gov.in by giving their Application Number and Password through the link ‘PG Nursing 2025 - Candidate Portal’ and pay registration fee of Rs.2000/- to the CEE. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC/other categories mentioned in the Notification will have to remit Rs.500/- as Registration Fee. Those who have already paid option registration fee, and joined the allotted college or have not been allotted any course need not pay registration fee again. Option registration fee will not be adjusted to the course fee and it will be refunded to eligible admitted candidates. Refund conditions for option registration fee is given in clause 12 (vii). After paying the fee, applicant should click the Menu ‘Option Registration’, and register their options online latest by 1 pm on 22.10.2025.

Mop Up Allotment will be announced on 22.10.2025 and Final Allotment on 23.10.2025.

Candidate who get allotment in this phase have to join the allotted college during 24.10.2025 and 3 pm on 27.10.2025, with all the original certificates as given in the prospectus clause 12 (c). The tuition fee, other fee and the deposits (if applicable) should be remitted at the allotted colleges at the time of admission.
