National Testing Agency (NTA), has announced a dedicated Email account only for Persons with Disability (PwD)/Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) candidates appearing in examinations conducted by NTA.

This is in compliance of the direction of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi vide Order dated 15.05.2025 in WP (C) No. 6501/2025.

NTA has created a dedicated email ID: pwd_pwbd_exams@nta.ac.in to receive grievances only from Person with Disabilities (PwD)/ Person with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates appearing in NTA examinations.

NTA will address and resolve these grievances in accordance with the applicable laws.

Candidates should clearly mention the name of the examination, their application/registration number and the registered mobile number in their email. They may also attach all relevant documents (such as the Disability Certificate) while submitting their grievance to the above-mentioned email ID.
