The registration portal for the UGC-NET June 2026 will be closing at 11.50 pm on 20 May 2026.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an advisory related to submission of online application form for UGC-NET 2026.
NTA will conduct UGC-NET June 2026 for 87 subjects in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
The registration portal for the UGC-NET June 2026 will be closing at 11.50 pm on 20 May 2026.
All candidates who have not yet completed the process are once again advised to ensure that they fill and submit the online application form paying the prescribed examination fee and also download and retain the confirmation page for future reference.

Candidates must check all the details filled in the online application form carefully before making the fee payment as no changes shall be permitted later. Attention may be given to details such as Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Social Category, PwD Status, Difficulty in Writing Status, Scribe Requirement Status, Subject opted, and Exam City Choices selected by the candidate.
Candidates should ensure that all information is correct and complete before final submission of the application form.
Only those candidates who have successfully paid the fee will be considered as having completed the application process.
Those applying for UGC-NET June 2026 must submit only one application. Multiple applications for the same subject submitted by a candidate or multiple applications by the same candidate for different subjects will not be accepted. If more than one application is submitted, only the last submitted application will be considered, and all others will be rejected.
Candidates must carefully select their subject while filling out the application form, as no changes will be allowed after submission.
Candidates must ensure that all details entered into in the application form are accurate and complete.
