The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will release the NEET UG 2025 Round 3 allotment results on 11 October

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has announced that the Round 3 allotment results for NEET UG Counselling 2025 will be published on 11 October 2025.
The results will determine seat allocations for MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc Nursing programmes in participating medical institutions nationwide.
According to the official schedule, candidates allotted seats in Round 3 must report to their respective colleges or institutions between 13 October and 21 October 2025.
Registration for the Stray Vacancy Round will open on 24 October and continue until 12 noon on 28 October 2025. The payment facility for registered candidates will be available until 3 pm on 28 October.
Choice filling for the Stray Round can be completed between 24 October and 11:55 pm on 28 October, while the choice-locking window will be open from 4 pm to 11:55 pm on the same day. The MCC will declare the Stray Round results on 31 October 2025.
Candidates allotted seats in the Stray Round must report to their respective institutions between 1 November and 7 November 2025.
Meanwhile, State Counselling Round 3 will take place from 10 October to 21 October 2025, with the last date for joining allotted colleges being 27 October 2025. Activities for the State Stray Round will be conducted from 29 October to 3 November 2025, and candidates selected in that round must report by 7 November 2025.
