Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has commenced the activities related to the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) for admission to Three Year LL. B Course in 4 Government Law Colleges and 50% Government seats in 13 Private Self-financing Law Colleges of the State for the year 2024-25 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

Candidates included in the rank list for admission to the Three Year LL. B Course may enter their Application Number & Password in the link ‘Three Year LL. B 2024 - Candidate Portal’ provided in the above website to log on to their home page. They may then click the menu ‘Option Registration’ to register their options online latest by 3 pm on 26.09.2024. 

The first allotment will be published based on the online options received up to 3 pm on 26.09.2024. Allotment and Institution Joining Schedule will be notified later.

Candidates whose results are withheld due to defect in application can also register online options. However, their options will be considered for the allotment process only if relevant documents are uploaded by 3 pm on 25.09.2024. 

Option Registration Fee: Those candidates who wish to register options will have to remit registration fees of Rs.1000/- to the CEE. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC/other categories as mentioned in the Notification will have to remit Rs.500/- as Registration Fee. 

Registration fees can be remitted by way of online payment only. 

The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded. If a candidate gets allotment and does not join within the stipulated time, the option registration fee will be considered as penalty and will not be refunded. Option registration fee of those candidates who quit the seats after taking admission will be considered as penalty and will not be refunded. 

Refund of option registration fee for the eligible candidates will be made only after the completion of allotment process and the same will be notified. 

Candidates who fail to register their options online within the stipulated time will not be considered for allotment under any circumstances. 

Options forwarded to the CEE by Email/Post/Hand delivery will not be processed or considered on any account for the allotment of seats.
