CEE Kerala has released the Second Phase Allotment for PG Medical Courses 2025. Candidates can check results and admission dates.

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001, has published the Second Phase Allotment to the PG Medical Courses-2025 in the Government Medical Colleges in the State, Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram, and Private Self Financing Medical Colleges in the state at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. The additional seats sanctioned after the First Phase allotment and the vacant seats resulting from the quitting of the first phase admission have also been included for the Second Phase allotment.
To view the allotment result, candidates should log in to the ' PG Medical 2025 Candidate Portal' at www.cee.kerala.gov.in using their Application Number and Password. After logging in, candidates can view their allotment result by clicking on the 'Allotment Result' link. The Allotment Memo is required to be produced before the admitting authority at the time of admission.
Allotted candidates should report physically for joining the allotted colleges during 22.12.2025 and 3 pm on 30.12.2025 (excluding holidays) along with the required documents specified in the Allotment Memo and in the Prospectus. The fee should be remitted at the allotted college during admission. Those who do not join the Colleges allotted within the stipulated time will lose their allotment. If a candidate, currently admitted in a seat allotted in the first phase, has secured an up-gradation to a higher option in the second phase, the first seat is no more available to the candidate and, therefore, the candidate has to join the newly allotted seat within the last date of joining specified for the second phase, failing which the candidate will be left with no allotment from the state counseling at the end of its first two phases.
Those candidates who have uploaded a sworn affidavit of a sponsor in case of a memo for defect rectification in visa validity expired/expiring for NRI claim, have been included provisionally in the allotment. Their Allotment/Admission in NRI quota seats, if any, will be cancelled if they fail to submit the documents on or before 08.01.2026 and will not be considered for NRI seats in further allotments.
The allotment of SC/ST candidates whose category verification is pending with KIRTADS has been made provisionally. Such provisional allotment is subject to the final decision of the Screening Committee, based on the report submitted by KIRTADS.
Third Phase Allotment Process: The vacancies remaining or arising after the Second Phase Allotment shall be filled in the Third Phase Allotment. There will be a facility for fresh option registration in the Third Round. Applicable category conversions of seats will take place in the Third Phase Allotment. Those candidates who wish to vacate seats joined through First/Second Phase allotments will be provided a time window to exit the seat, prior to the Third Phase allotment. Any vacancies remaining after the Third Phase allotment will be filled by conducting a stray vacancy filling allotment. If vacancies exist even after the initial stray vacancy filling allotment and if there is sufficient time before the cut-off date for admissions prescribed by the National Medical Commission, additional stray vacancy allotments may be conducted based on the options registered for the Stray vacancy filling allotment.
For the Third Round Allotment, those candidates who have not registered in the First Phase/Second Phase have to pay the Option Registration fee for fresh registration. Those who have been allotted in the Second Phase and do not take admission have to pay the Option Registration fee for fresh registration in the third Round. Those who vacate the seat allotted in the First/Second Phase, after the last date for exit prescribed by the CEE, will not be eligible to participate in the third Phase Allotment. The options registered in the previous Phases will not be considered for allotment in the third Phase. If a candidate freshly registers options in the Third Phase and is not allotted any seat, he/she is eligible to participate in the stray vacancy filling phases. Candidates getting allotment in the Third Phase Allotment will not have any claim on any seat allotted through earlier phases. A candidate allotted a seat in the third Phase shall be ineligible to participate in the Stray vacancy filling phases.
