The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, has published the first phase allotment to PG Dental Courses (MDS) for the academic year 2025-26 in Government Dental Colleges and Private Self-Financing Dental Colleges in the State at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

The allotment is based on the rank in the Kerala State merit list published by CEE and online options filed by the candidates from 01.07.2025 to 11.59 pm on 06.07.2025. The allotment has been published after addressing the valid complaints received from candidates against the provisional allotment published on 07.07.2025.

To view the allotment result, candidates should log on to the ‘PG Dental 2025 candidate portal’ by submitting their application number and password and clicking the link ‘Allotment Result’. The Allotment Memo will also be available here. It is necessary to take a printout of the allotment memo.

The allotted candidates should report for joining the allotted colleges between 09.07.2025 and 4 pm on 13.07.2025 along with the required documents (as per Prospectus Clause 13) specified in the allotment memo. The fee, as specified in the first-phase allotment memo, should be remitted at the allotted college during admission.

The fee in self-financing dental colleges is strictly provisional. Candidates are liable to pay the fee at the revised rate as and when the fee for the academic year 2025-26 is fixed by the Admission Supervisory Committee/Government/Honorable High Court.

Allotted candidates who do not take admission within the stipulated time and those candidates who quit the seats after taking admission will lose their present allotment. They will also lose all the higher options, and they will not be considered for phase 2 allotment. The registration fee of these candidates will be considered as a penalty and will not be refunded.

In the second phase of counselling, there will not be a facility for fresh option registration. Only option confirmation/deletion/rearrangement of the existing options is possible. Option confirmation is compulsory to participate in Round 2. However, option registration will be available to new colleges, if any, added to the list at this stage.

Those NRI candidates who have uploaded a sworn affidavit from the sponsor for VISA validity extension have to clear the defects on or before the last date fixed by the CEE for option registration for the third phase allotment to PG Dental courses by uploading relevant documents for clearing the memo. Those candidates who fail to upload the documents as specified within the time limit fixed by CEE will lose the allotment, if any, received under the NRI quota in this phase, and the provisional NRI quota claim of the candidate will also stand cancelled. Any allotment received in the NRI quota by such candidates in this phase will be treated as provisional.

All the college authorities have been asked to approve the list of admitted candidates through the Online Admission Management System (OAMS) by 5 pm on 13.07.2025.
