Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001, has published the second round Stray Vacancy Allotment for admission to LLM Course for the academic year 2025-26 in the Government Law Colleges and Private Self Financing Law colleges of the State, at www.cee.kerala.gov.in

Allotment is based on the rank in the rank list of the LLM course published by the CEE, online options registered by the candidates for the second phase stray vacancy allotment, and the conditions specified in the notification No. CEE/236/2025-TA3 dated 01.01.2026.

Candidates can access their homepage by entering their Application number and Password in the ‘‘LLM 2025- Candidate Portal" provided on the above website. Then, by clicking the menu ‘Allotment Result’, candidates can view the Allotment details and download the Allotment memo. The details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, allotment, tuition fees, deposit, if any, etc., are available in the Allotment Memo. Candidates may click the Menu ‘Data Sheet’ for downloading the Data Sheet.

Candidates should report for admission before the Principal of the allotted colleges by 3 pm on 12.01.2026, along with the allotment memo and original documents specified in Clause 19 of the Prospectus and should remit the fee as shown in the allotment memo at the college. Candidates should remit the balance fees, if any, as per Government orders in the allotted college at the time of admission. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC/Communities are eligible for Educational concessions as is given to OEC/Candidates eligible for Fee concession as per G.O. (Ms) NO.25/2005/SCSTDD. Dated 20.06.2005/Children of Fisherman/ Inmates of Sree Chitra Home/Nirbhaya Home/Juvenile Home are exempted from remitting tuition fees.

Candidates who do not join the college within the stipulated time will lose their present allotment. Candidates who have claimed SC/ST reservation and whose caste status is under scrutiny by KIRTADS have been provisionally considered for allotment. The allotment/admission, if any, of such candidates shall be provisional and subject to final verification of their caste status.

College-level stray vacancy filling: The vacancies existing after the second round stray vacancy allotment in the LLM Course in various Govt. and Self Financing Law colleges will be filled up at the respective colleges based on the lists forwarded by CEE and in accordance with the Guidelines issued by CEE. The various lists of candidates for the college-level stray vacancy filling after the second phase stray vacancy allotment will be prepared based on the options registered for the second round stray vacancy allotment process. But the options registered in the second round of the stray vacancy allotment by already admitted candidates will not be considered for the college-level stray vacancy filling rounds.

The following Lists have been issued for the college-level stray vacancy filling round of admission.

List I- Probable Candidates List: Candidates whose options were considered for allotment in the second phase stray vacancy allotment but didn't get any allotment are included in this list. These candidates will be considered only for those vacancies existing after the second round of stray vacancy allotment.

List 2- Eligible Candidates List: If vacancies exist after the first list is exhausted, any candidates satisfying the eligibility conditions can be considered for admission to the remaining vacancies.

Reporting Period: Candidates included in the probable list should report before the college authority concerned, with all the documents, including the TC in original, and the fee should be paid to the college before the end of the reporting period. The reporting period is from 10 am on 14.01.2026 to 1 pm on 14.01.2026. From among the candidates reported within the stipulated time limits, allotment will be done by the College to the vacant seats before 4 pm on 14.01.2026.

Candidates included in the Second List should report before the college authority concerned, with all the documents, including the TC in original, and the fee should be paid to the college before the end of the reporting period. The reporting period is from 10 am, 15.01.2026 to 1 pm, 15.01.2026. From among the candidates reported within the stipulated time limits, allotment will be done by the College to the vacant seats before 4 pm on 15.01.2026.

Candidates included in the Lists may contact the college authorities concerned and participate in the allotment process as per the schedule given above. Candidates should submit documents as per clause 19 and shall remit the entire fee at the time of reporting.
