The important dates related to the conduct of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2026 have been announced by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, the Organising IIT of JEE Advanced 2026.

JEE Advanced is for admission to the First Degree Programs at 23 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). Other institutions may also use the rank/score of JEE Advanced for their admissions.

Online Direct Registration for JEE (Advanced) 2026 for Foreign National Candidates and OCI/PIO (F) Candidates can be done from April 06, 2026 (Monday) to May 02, 2026 (Saturday)

Online registration for JEE (Advanced) 2026 for JEE (Main) 2026 qualified candidates, based on the results of JEE (Main) 2026 to be announced by NTA at the JEE (Main) 2026 website, will be available from April 23, 2026 (Thursday) to May 02, 2026 (Saturday).

Candidates to be eligible to register for JEE Advanced should be among the top 2,50,000 successful candidates (including all categories) in the B.E./B.Tech. paper of JEE (Main) 2026.

Registered candidates can make the fee payment by 23:59 IST on May 04, 2026 (Monday).

The admit card will be available for downloading from May 11, 2026 (Monday), to May 17, 2026 (Sunday).

The choosing of scribe by PwD candidates/candidates with less than 40% disability and having difficulty in writing can be made on May 16, 2026 (Saturday)

JEE (Advanced) 2026 will be held on May 17, 2026 (Sunday), with Paper 1 from 09:00-12:00 IST and Paper 2 from 14:30-17:30 IST

Copies of candidate responses will be made available on the JEE (Advanced) 2026 website on May 21, 2026 (Thursday).

Online display of provisional answer keys will be made on May 25, 2026 (Monday).

Feedback and comments on provisional answer keys can be given from May 25, 2026 (Monday), to May 26, 2026 (Tuesday).

Online declaration of the final answer key and results of JEE (Advanced) 2026 will be made on June 01, 2026 (Monday).

Online registration for the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2026 can be done from June 01, 2026 (Monday), to June 02, 2026 (Tuesday).

The Joint Seat Allocation (JoSAA) 2026 process will commence on June 02, 2026 (Tuesday) (tentative).

Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2026 will be from 09:00 IST to 12:00 IST on June 04, 2026 (Thursday).

Results of AAT 2026 will be announced on June 07, 2026 (Sunday).
