The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has released the IB ACIO admit card 2025 for the Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Grade-2/Executive recruitment. The examination will be conducted from September 16 to 18 to fill 3,717 vacancies. Candidates can now download their ACIO admit card from the official website – mha.gov.in

The IB ACIO admit card includes important details such as the exam centre, reporting time, exam shift and instructions. The MHA had earlier issued the city intimation slips for candidates.

How to download IB ACIO admit card 2025

To download the admit card, candidates must visit the official website at mha.gov.in and click on the link for Online Examination Call Letter for ACIO Grade II/Executive. They should then enter their user ID, password and security code to log in. Once logged in, the IB ACIO admit card 2025 will appear on the screen. Aspirants must check all details carefully, download the file and take at least two printouts to carry on the exam day.

IB ACIO exam pattern and selection process

The selection process for IB ACIO 2025 will take place in three stages. The first stage, Tier 1, is a one-hour objective test consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions covering Current Affairs, General Studies, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning and English. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. The second stage, Tier 2, is a descriptive paper that will test writing and comprehension skills. The final stage, Tier 3, is a personal interview which will assess personality, communication ability and overall suitability for the post.

IB ACIO exam shift timings

The examination will be held in three shifts. In the first shift, candidates must report at 7:30 am and the exam will be held from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. In the second shift, reporting time is 10:30 am and the exam will be held from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. In the third shift, candidates should report at 1:30 pm and the exam will be conducted from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Important exam day instructions

Candidates must carry their printed IB ACIO admit card 2025 along with a valid government-issued photo ID. They should avoid carrying electronic gadgets and other prohibited items inside the exam hall. Aspirants are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the reporting time. They must follow the instructions of the invigilators and maintain discipline inside the examination centre. It is also recommended to attempt questions with confidence and avoid unnecessary discussions with other candidates.
